Through user research and rapid product iterations, we tackled several pain points for different types of people in our customers' organisations.

B2B SaaS platform, including a web portal, mobile app and dashboard, alongside a scalable design system.

We addressed multiple issues with the current learning experience, including information hierarchy, poor accessibility, dead ends and static, lengthy learning content, alongside a poor brand perception.

An optimised and rebranded mobile app experience, with a revised learning structure.

We addressed repeated customer feedback that Fika was too ‘student-centric’. I worked hand in hand with the founders, Head of Product and other leads to shape a new brand position.

I led the UX & UI design of the management platform to allow anyone to join the league worldwide. We shaped many user journeys from registration, leaderboards, and team management, aligning with Adidas's brand standards.

I partnered with the owner to shape their brand and digital e-commerce experience and create a 0-1 Web experience and brand position to establish the company against competitors. We tackled everything from site architecture to interaction and brand design.

I led the UI and brand design of a digital gallery experience working closely with a UX designer, developer and animator. We shaped dynamic, playful interactions and animations and adapted them for a graceful, mobile-first premium experience.
